This newly built 3-bedroom retreat features a modern kitchen with double ovens and granite countertops, a vaulted great room with a stone fireplace, and a dedicated bunk room for kids or friends. Guests enjoy exclusive access to Eagles Nest’s hiking and biking trails, sports courts, playgrounds, seasonal attractions, and on-site vineyard. The home’s pet-friendly policy welcomes up to two dogs, making it ideal for families, adventurers, and groups seeking both relaxation and recreation. Please note, some amenities are seasonal or limited to members, and Eagles Nest is an actively developing community.

Property Access

  • While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest, which include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disc Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard: Food and Wine served
  • Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit Offroad Adventures NC's website.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pet policy: The property allows up to 99 dogs with a pet rent of $25 per night per pet. Up to 2 well-trained dogs are recommended.
  • The North Pavilion hosts several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are welcome to attend. However, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
  • All visitors on premises at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • Pet rent is $25 per night per pet.
  • Firewood may be added by reaching out to our team more than a week before your arrival. One night's supply is $25 with free delivery and provides two wrapped bundles of split logs and a fire starter.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Other Important Details

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
